Three-Phase Intelligent Electricity Consumption Management Terminal 80A/three-phase four-wire Insulation of live parts from the enclosure is 500VDC.
I. Product Overview:
The three-phase intelligent electricity consumption management terminal integrates all the functions of the three-phase watt hour meter, timed switch controller, circuit breaker (air switch), leakage protector, over- and under-voltage trip, open-phase protector, and has a powerful cloud platform management system, which allows you to configure electricity consumption protection functions, monitor the operating states of devices in real time, and control device switches via network, etc. The protector integrates intelligent control functions such as network communication, electric energy statistics, timed switch control, leakage protection, overcurrent protection, undervoltage/no-voltage protection, overvoltage protection, open-phase protection, fault memory, grid monitoring and real-time display, check before closing, etc., and the product is widely used in power protection of unattended public facilities such as telecommunication, electric power, security, transportation, etc., to reduce the cost of manual maintenance significantly and improve operating efficiency of devices effectively.
II. Product Functions:
1. Electricity consumption statistics:
The protector has three-phase electricity consumption statistics, and the accuracy of the electricity consumption statistics reaches grade 1 or less. On the first day of each month, it will automatically zero out the previous month's electricity consumption statistics.
2. Timing switch
With the real-time time recording function and 8 groups of timers, the protector can calibrate time and set the time of the timer in real time through the cloud platform management system, achieving the timed switching of the protector.
3. Real-time display (adjustable)
The protector can display the current voltage of each phase and the total residual current value (leakage current) in real time. When there is a fault, it will lock and display the fault value, which is convenient for customers to monitor the power grid. The display is always on by default.
When the indicator of the corresponding phase is on, it will display the real-time voltage and current of that phase. When the total residual current is displayed, the indicators of all three phases are on, and information such as "IE=012" is displayed, which means the current total residual current is 12mA.
4. Leakage protection (adjustable)
When there is a leakage of 15-30mA (default) in the line, the protector will disconnect within 0.1 second. The leakage operating value is adjustable. Leakage non-operating current = 1/2 IΔn, leakage operating current = IΔn. This operation threshold can be set through the cloud platform management system or the device panel keypad.
5. Overcurrent protection (adjustable)
If the current in one or more phases of the three-phase circuit is greater than the overcurrent value, or for a period greater than 3 times the overcurrent value (deemed as a short-circuit), the protector will disconnect immediately for protection. This operation threshold can be set through the cloud platform management system or the device panel keypad.
6. Undervoltage protection (adjustable)
When the voltages in all three phases are lower than 160V (default) but all greater than 90V, it is deemed as undervoltage and the protector will disconnect. When the voltage of one or more phases of the three-phase circuit returns to the normal value (>170V), the protector will automatically close and energize. This operation threshold can be set through the cloud platform management system or the device panel keypad.
7. No-voltage protection/no-voltage tripping
When the voltages in all three phases are lower than 90V, it is deemed as no voltage (main grid power failure), and the protector will disconnect immediately. When one or more phases of the three-phase circuit powers on again, the protector judges whether to close according to the closing conditions.
8. Overvoltage protection (adjustable)
When the voltage value in one or more phases of the three-phase circuit is greater than 280V (default), it is deemed as overvoltage, and the protector will disconnect immediately. When the voltage of all three phases is lower than the normal value (<280V), the protector will automatically close and energize.
9. Phase loss protection (adjustable)
When the voltage value of one or two phases of the three-phase circuit is lower than 90V, it is deemed as phase loss and the protector will disconnect immediately. When the voltage of all three phases returns to the normal value (>170V), the protector judges whether to close according to the closing conditions. The phase loss protection function is off by default.
10. Manual on/off test
(1) Press the test key manually to simulate the leakage, the live wires of all three phases of the protector will disconnect without output. At the end of the fault delay, the protector judges whether to close according to the closing conditions.
(2) Manually open the power switch, the live wires of all three phases of the protector will disconnect without output. Close the power switch again and the protector judges whether to close according to the closing conditions after a few seconds.
11. Remote communication (optional)
The device supports serial communication (providing 232 or 485 communication interface), which can not only control the switching status of the device, but also monitor the current voltage, leakage and other information of the device in real time. 12. Network communication (optional)
The device supports wired Ethernet TCP/IP network communication and 4G cat.1 TCP network communication, and can control the switching status of the device monitor the current voltage, leakage and other information of the device in real time through the cloud platform. IV. Product Appearance, Device Installation and Dimensions
(1) Customers can choose whether to turn on the "phase loss protection" according to their demands (off by default), but when using this protector, phase A must have power, otherwise the protector will disconnect the load and stop working.
(2) Please install a lightning protector (surge protector) according to the needs of the project. If there is a circuit breaker and a lightning protector, both of them should be installed on the front of this protector.
(3) Connect to the three-phase four-wire 380V power supply according to the markings on the protector panel (the neutral line must pass through this protector), and note that the input and output cannot be reversed. If there is a ground wire, ground it reliably to enhance the surge resistance of the protector.
(4) Install the protector in the chassis, and when installing it outdoors, it should be well protected from rain and sunlight.
(5) If the corresponding red fault indicator is on after the protector has been energized for 8 seconds, it indicates that there is a corresponding fault in the line, and the corresponding line should be checked.
